Around the World

The CCRN team has such a passion for helping students in need we figured why not share some of our commitment to the importance of education with the rest of the world? CCRN is proud to have developed a program that does just this. Our Adopt-A-School Program allows us to make an impact on children struggling to gain access to some of the basics we may sometimes take for granted. For example, standard school supplies can be a challenge to obtain in countries that are not as developed as the United States sometimes costing three to four times what we would pay here in the United States. CCRN is committed to assuring that the children in the Holy Cross Anglican School in San Pedro, A.C., Belize, CA have access to these supplies and have an opportunity to obtain the education they aspire.

Holy Cross is proud to offer a Feeding Program. Every child attending school receives a high-protein breakfast and lunch at no charge. Because many families are not able to afford adequate food to provide their children with the nutrition they need to grow and learn Holy Cross has taken on the responsibility of preparing meals for close to 500 children daily. The Feeding Program is always in need of donations. CCRN’s President, Donna M. Williams has been invited to sit on the school board and with great honor is considering this position. Williams has reviewed the school operations budget and will personally assure that each contribution reaches these beautiful children in need.
Anyone interested in participating in supporting our Adopt-A-School Program should see the following for a complete list of needed school supplies or contact Donna M. Williams for more information about how you can be a part of this special mission.
